This policy explains how Transyft Labs ("Transyft", "we") handles information you provide through this website and the waitlist signup form.

1. Information we collect

• Email address — submitted voluntarily via the waitlist form.
• IP address — observed by our hosting provider on each request and used transiently for rate-limiting waitlist submissions.
• Local browser preferences — your selected color theme is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

• To contact you about early access to Transyft.
• To prevent abuse of the waitlist form (rate limiting).
• To plan capacity and prioritize verticals based on aggregate signup demand.

3. Where it is stored

• Notion — waitlist emails are written to a private Notion database.
• Upstash — IP-keyed rate-limit counters are stored in Upstash Redis. Counters expire automatically within one hour.
• Vercel — the website and waitlist API run on Vercel infrastructure.

Each provider operates under its own privacy and security commitments.

4. Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist is closed at general availability, whichever comes first. Rate-limit counters expire within one hour and are not retained.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact details for exercising these rights will be published shortly.

6. Children

Transyft is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "last updated" date above and notify waitlist members by email when appropriate.
